June 2007 - I.E.D. Courses Launched by Blue Water
Long Beach, California, USA – June 18th 2007 - Blue Water Partners Global, LLC, a leading provider of security services and solutions, today announced the launch of its three Improvised Explosive Device (I.E.D.) Awareness courses.
Blue Water Partners Global announced today the launch of its Basic I.E.D. Awareness, I.E.D. Recognition and Basic Search and Advanced I.E.D. Awareness courses. The I.E.D. has become the global terrorist’s choice weapon of asymmetric warfare and the first line of defense in mitigating this threat is with an alert, trained and a well informed maritime domain.
Blue Waters I.E.D. courses are designed to give all maritime personnel with an insight into the I.E.D. threats and how they will impact the maritime environment. The three new courses provide the distinct groups of maritime personnel with an opportunity to become better prepared for an I.E.D. style attack. These three groups include the port workers, port security personnel and Government and Law Enforcement groups.
